It was great to meet Tyler Schmitt of The Mill Photography Studio. I always try to document my work, but it is amazing what a professional photographer can do.
I added the hearts, but they had the cutest expressions on their faces (check Tyler’s blog!). Composition and color were perfect!Camp Lucy was amazing. This is the true color of the linens and flowers…they really popped! The lighting was dim, but Tyler Schmitt was able to capture the beauty of the event with blinking. Wow.
(I had to remove my pictures of this wedding as they looked so awful compared to Tyler’s work.) Seriously, hire a pro for your photography…it makes a world of difference!!
A delicate balance of royal purple and apricot create an ethereal air in perfect harmony with the Asian influence of Camp Lucy.
It was a lovely day for a wedding at Camp Lucy.
The bride’s bouquet featured a confection of peach garden roses, roses, and spray roses accented with Stephanotis and crystals. Coordinating bridesmaids bouquets featured apricot and cream roses accented with purple stock and anemones.
After the ceremony at the chapel, guests were invited to the pavilion for cocktails. Peach linens cinched with purple ties covered the high tops which were accented with a simple frosted votive.Following cocktails, guests were invited into the Amish barn for dinner and dancing.
Tall, delicate arrangements accented with purple orchids and surrounded by flora of the same. Vases were accented with twigs and purple flowers: Linens were a deep, royal purple, pinched taffeta.
Tall, delicate flora juxtaposed against the massive fireplace makes for a pretty contrast, and draws the eye towards the lacy grill and wedding cakes.
