Clouds of Baby’s Breath

Used en masse, Baby’s Breath has stolen it’s way into my heart.  Just look at the mockups that I did for a recent client.  How pretty this would be in a rural setting with touches of burlap and lace.

After the ceremony, this arrangement could effectively grace a buffet table or a bar.

Very pretty, simple centerpiece that adds height to the setting.  Shown with curly willow, it would be gorgeous to add a touch of dendrobium orchids to the vase.

Pecan Grove Perfection at The Salt Lick!

This was a wedding that touched my heart… it was all about a sweet bride, her military husband, and the dashing young men they call friends.  Our country is blessed by the dedication of fine, young (and young at heart) men and their families, who serve our country.

Military Wedding Pecan Grove provides a beautiful setting for the ceremony.

Royal Shades at Camp Lucy…

It was great to meet Tyler Schmitt of The Mill Photography Studio.  I always try to document my work, but it is amazing what a professional photographer can do.

Purple and Apricot BouquetsNew Picture (2)I added the hearts, but they had the cutest expressions on their faces (check Tyler’s blog!).  Composition and color were perfect!Purple and Apricot FlowersCamp Lucy was amazing.  This is the true color of the linens and flowers…they really popped!  The lighting was dim, but Tyler Schmitt was able to capture the beauty of the event with blinking.  Wow.

(I had to remove my pictures of this wedding as they looked so awful compared to Tyler’s work.)  Seriously, hire a pro for your photography…it makes a world of difference!!

Delicate Balance at Camp Lucy…

A delicate balance of royal purple and apricot create an ethereal air in perfect harmony with the Asian influence of Camp Lucy.

It was a lovely day for a wedding at Camp Lucy.

The bride’s bouquet featured a confection of peach garden roses, roses, and spray roses accented with Stephanotis and crystals.  Coordinating bridesmaids bouquets featured apricot and cream roses accented with purple stock and anemones.

After the ceremony at the chapel, guests were invited to the pavilion for cocktails.  Peach linens cinched with purple ties covered the high tops which were accented with a simple frosted votive.Following cocktails, guests were invited into the Amish barn for dinner and dancing.

Tall, delicate arrangements accented with purple orchids and surrounded by flora of the same.  Vases were accented with twigs and purple flowers:  Linens were a deep, royal purple, pinched taffeta.

Tall, delicate flora juxtaposed against the massive fireplace makes for a pretty contrast, and draws the eye towards the lacy grill and wedding cakes.

Wedding CakeCloud of sheer white linens with votives accentuated the pretty cake by Brides Table.

Lemon Tree…very pretty.

“Michele, Thank you so much for the gorgeous arrangements you did for mine and David’s wedding back on January 12!  They were absolutely breathtaking, and we got so many comments about how incredible the arrangements were.  Your work is surpassed by none, and we’re extremely grateful to have been able to work with you!  I feel like I spent a good deal of my reception just staring at the arrangements at our table.  Most excellent work, and I definitely will recommend you to friends!  Take Care!  Robin ”

Thank you Robin.  It was our sincere pleasure.

Winter Frost Wedding

This wedding was designed to capture the frosty feeling that is in the air on the first of December.  Frosty votives, silvery accents, and crystals all lend to the desired atmosphere.

Ceremony Arbor

The ceremony was timed to finish with the sunset…beautiful!  Love the soft greenery and sheer, flowing drapes of the arbor.  Silvery gray chair ties subtly accent the aisle.

Cocktail TablesOutdoor cocktail tables were later moved into separate venue for dancing.  The white linen perfectly reflected the colors chosen by lighting professionals.

Crystal TreePretty silver and crystal tree touched with orchids and frosted votives catches the eye and beckons guests to sign in.  Swarovski crystals sparkle!

Guest TablesBrushed gray satin linens are the perfect foil for dramatic centerpieces with orchids, mocha roses and silvery leaves.  Mocha petals, spray orchids and frosted votives give the eye something to feast on as guests enjoy their dinner.

Blue DelphiniumsGorgeous Floral Arrangement for Suchan & Matt’s Rehearsal Dinner @ Cool River Cafe!

“Michele, I cannot even begin to tell you how spectacular my Friday night floral arrangement was; my goodness, it was extraordinary. I Had Matthew and Suchan take it home, but I really wish I could have held it on my lap on the plane to take home to Florida! Thank-you so very much for your help.

I might also add that the wedding flowers and centerpieces were equally amazing.

You are a true artist. ” Nancy R.
