The bride had a penchant for sparkly things, so we placed a few complementary crystals on the pink and white orchid tree at at her cocktail hour. Pink and white roses in silver julep vases were the perfect accent for cocktails table. Lovely.
After selecting their escort card and a quick refreshment, guests were serenaded by a mariachi band who escorted them into the Glass Oaks Ballroom for the reception.
The Bride’s cake table was accented with a sparkling rose gold linen. The gorgeous linens, pink up-lights, copper clad ceiling and rose accents of the ballroom conspired to create a stunning atmosphere.A surprise for the couple from Mom & Dad…the Baylor Logo recreated in petite green and yellow flowers!
It was great to meet Tyler Schmitt of The Mill Photography Studio. I always try to document my work, but it is amazing what a professional photographer can do.
I added the hearts, but they had the cutest expressions on their faces (check Tyler’s blog!). Composition and color were perfect!Camp Lucy was amazing. This is the true color of the linens and flowers…they really popped! The lighting was dim, but Tyler Schmitt was able to capture the beauty of the event with blinking. Wow.
(I had to remove my pictures of this wedding as they looked so awful compared to Tyler’s work.) Seriously, hire a pro for your photography…it makes a world of difference!!
Love this silhouette of the head table!
“Michele, Thank you so much for the gorgeous arrangements you did for mine and David’s wedding back on January 12! They were absolutely breathtaking, and we got so many comments about how incredible the arrangements were. Your work is surpassed by none, and we’re extremely grateful to have been able to work with you! I feel like I spent a good deal of my reception just staring at the arrangements at our table. Most excellent work, and I definitely will recommend you to friends! Take Care! Robin ”
Thank you Robin. It was our sincere pleasure.
This wedding was designed to capture the frosty feeling that is in the air on the first of December. Frosty votives, silvery accents, and crystals all lend to the desired atmosphere.
The ceremony was timed to finish with the sunset…beautiful! Love the soft greenery and sheer, flowing drapes of the arbor. Silvery gray chair ties subtly accent the aisle.
Brushed gray satin linens are the perfect foil for dramatic centerpieces with orchids, mocha roses and silvery leaves. Mocha petals, spray orchids and frosted votives give the eye something to feast on as guests enjoy their dinner.
